Imitation electroplating aluminum paste, the future trend of environmental protection
The electroplating process has certain pollution, so the replacement of traditional electroplating with a new process has been implemented, and has achieved rapid development in recent years. It is a common production method for bulk products to use aluminum paste as a pigment-mixed coating to obtain a beautiful appearance through the coating process. The following three processes are implemented:
Dip coating process: It is to soak the objects to be constructed in the coating and then spin them to dry. After drying, the corresponding anti-corrosion and appearance effects can be achieved. Common coating systems include self-drying acrylic, thermosetting acrylic, alkyd resin systems, etc., depending on the construction requirements and the performance requirements after coating. This process is mainly suitable for parts, standard parts, frames, etc. with small volume and unit weight.
Manual spraying process: Many large frames, angle irons, pipes, etc. do not have enough volume dip coating tanks to place items or there are not enough automatic spraying lines available, so they can only be sprayed manually. This type is basically based on self-drying resin systems, mainly based on acrylic resins that require hardness, weather resistance, and scratch resistance, but not more cheap alkyd resin systems and petroleum resins. system based.
Automatic spraying line process: Many small frames, regular angle irons, etc. are suitable for automatic lines. This type of application is also divided into self-drying type and baking type. This type is more complex, both high-end and low-end, but Mainly low end.
No matter what type of application, it is inseparable from leafing aluminum paste. Of course, there are also a few non-leafing aluminum pastes, which are only a few. As long as the raw materials required for their own products are determined, the product quality can be guaranteed.
