Imitation electroplating aluminum paste, environmentally friendly aluminum paste
The electroplating process has a certain degree of pollution, so the
replacement of traditional electroplating with a new process has been
implemented, and has achieved rapid development in recent years. It is a
common production method for pigments made of aluminum paste to obtain a
beautiful appearance through the coating process. The following three
processes are implemented:
Dip coating process: Put the objects to be constructed in the paint and
immerse them to dry. After drying, the corresponding anti-corrosion and
appearance effects can be achieved. Common coating systems include
self-drying acrylic, thermosetting acrylic, alkyd resin systems, etc.,
depending on the construction requirements and performance requirements
after coating. This process is mainly suitable for parts, standard
parts, frames, etc. with small volume and unit weight.
Manual spraying process: Many large frames, angle irons, pipes, etc.,
do not have enough volume to place items in the dip coating tank or
there is not enough automatic spraying line available, so they can only
be sprayed manually. This type is basically based on air-drying resin
systems, mainly acrylic resins that require hardness, weather
resistance, and scratch resistance. Those that do not require these are
more inexpensive alkyd resin systems and petroleum resins. System-based.
Automatic spraying line process: Many small frames, regular angle
irons, etc. are suitable for automatic lines. This type of application
is also divided into self-drying type and baking type. This type is more
complicated, high-end and low-end are available, but Mainly low-end.
No matter what type of application, leafing aluminum paste is needed, and there are a few non-leafing aluminum pastes.
