Water-based aluminum paste for coating
Water-based aluminum paste, which contains alcohol and ether solvents,
is compatible with water-based emulsion coatings, and has silica coating
and organic phosphate coating. In addition, we can provide solvents
such as isopropanol, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol
butyl ether, etc. according to customer requirements.
As the pigment medium of water-based paint system, water-based aluminum pigment has the following advantages:
1. Water-based paint uses water as solvent, saving a lot of resources; water-based paint eliminates the risk of fire during construction; reduces air pollution; water-based paint uses only a small amount of low-toxic alcohol ether organic solvents, which improves the working environment conditions. The organic solvent of water-based paint (accounting for paint) is between 10% and 15%, while the cathodic electrophoretic paint has been reduced to below 1.2%, which has a significant effect on reducing pollution and saving resources.
2. Water-based coatings can be directly applied on wet surfaces and humid environments; water-based coatings have good adaptability to the surface of the material and have strong coating adhesion.
3. Water-based paint coating tools can be cleaned with water, which greatly reduces the consumption of cleaning solvents.
4. The electrophoretic coating film of water-based paint is uniform, smooth and flat; the inner cavity, welding seam, corners and edges can be coated with a certain thickness of coating film, which has good protection; the electrophoretic coating film has the best The corrosion resistance of thick film cathodic electrophoretic coating can reach up to 1200h.
